基于机会约束TMSOP模型的输电线路检修方法 被引量:3

摘要 传统输电线路检修方法难以提供准确性更高的风险指数,导致故障概率计算结果偏离实际值,影响输电线路检修。基于此,文章研究基于机会约束输电线路检修计划优化(Transmissionline Maintenance Scheduling Plan Optimum,TMSOP)模型的输电线路检修方法,通过机会约束TMSOP模型设定风险指标,计算输电线路故障分析的2级评估指标权重,结合机会约束TMSOP模型的模糊计算原理,分析各个部件的风险状态,确定评估权重,并计算输电线路故障概率;选取评估特征参量,建立重要性两两比较的判断方程组,再建立输电线路检修等级,比较联系度计算结果;按照故障严重程度设置检修次序,实现基于机会约束TMSOP模型的输电线路检修,制定输电线路检修策略。实验结果表明,所提方法输电线路可靠度为0.8972,小于0.9,证明所提方法测试结果的可靠性。 Traditional transmission line maintenance methods are difficult to provide a more accurate risk index,which causes the calculation results of failure probability to deviate from the actual value,which affects the transmission line maintenance.This paper studies the transmission line maintenance method based on chance constrained transmission-line maintenance scheduling plan optimum(TMSOP)model,sets the risk index through chance constrained TMSOP model,calculates the 2-level evaluation index weight of transmission line fault analysis.Combined with the fuzzy calculation principle of chance constrained TMSOP model,the risk state of each component is analyzed,the evaluation weight is determined,and the transmission line fault probability is calculated.We select evaluation characteristic parameters,establish a set of judgment equations for the importance of pairwise comparison,then establish the transmission line maintenance level,compare the calculation results of the connection degree,set the maintenance rank list according to the severity of the fault,and realize the transmission line maintenance based on chance constrained TMSOP model.A transmission line maintenance strategy is also developed.The experimental results show that the reliability of the transmission line of the proposed method is 0.8972,less than 0.9,which proves the test reliability of the proposed method.
