研究型大学和创新型城市共生互动研究——以合肥和中国科学技术大学共生为例

Research on the Symbiotic Interaction between Research Universities and Innovative Cities:Taking the Symbiosis between Hefei and University of Science and Technology of China as an Example

大学和城市是社会系统内的两个要素,二者相互联系,相互影响。在产学研深度融合趋势日益显著的背景下,研究型大学如何深度融入城市,与城市共生共融,不仅是对高等教育外部规律的有益探索,也是二者实践发展的现实诉求。研究型大学与城市双方都应培养主动互动的意识,城市要创造条件有效承接高校的知识"溢出效应",高校也应有选择性地与城市进行互动。

The university and the city are two elements in the social system,interconnected and influencing each other.Under the background that the trend of deep integration of industry,university and research is becoming more and more obvious,how research universities can deeply integrate into the city and coexist with the city is not only a beneficial exploration of the external laws of higher education,but also a practical demand for the practical development of the two.Both research universities and cities should cultivate awareness of active interaction.Cities should create conditions to effectively undertake the knowledge"spillover effect"of universities,while universities should selectively interact with cities.
