The rapid development of high and new technology promotes the deep integration of education and technology,making college education continue to reform to adapt to the development trend of education informatization under the new background.As the most important part of college education reform,student management is the foundation of all work carried out by colleges and universities,and it is the key to determining the sustainable and healthy development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by traditional student management in the era of big data,keeps pace with the times,integrates the personalized training of students into management,and uses the advantages of big data to propose several pertinent suggestions for the measures of service-oriented and refined management college students,in order to improve the effectiveness and scientificalness of student management.
