The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has had a significant impact on China’s economic and social development and opening-up.As a gathering place of large numbers of people,universities are the focus of epidemic prevention and control.Popular science is indispensable for epidemic prevention and control.Science popularization is an important force in epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic battle,and correct and effective measures to promote science popularization and epidemic prevention can accelerate the victory of epidemic prevention and control.We will actively expand the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and popular science work in universities,spread professional medical popular science knowledge to teachers and students in schools,and actively contribute to winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control.
