高校思想政治教育在人工智能人才培养中的重要作用及改革方向

The Important Role and Reform Direction of Ideological and Political Education in the Cultivation of Artificial Intelligence Talents in Colleges and Universities

人工智能人才是人工智能时代的关键推动要素之一。当下我国对人工智能人才的培养仍处于起步阶段,对人工智能人才的人文素质培养尚存不足,而高校思想政治教育作为人文素质课程的重要组成部分之一,对人工智能人才的培养起着重要的促进作用。作者通过分析人工智能人才培养与高校思想政治教育的关联,研究人工智能人才培养过程中高校思想政治教育的开展情况及现存的问题,据此着重从教学设计、教学内容以及人工智能人才观三方面对高校思想政治教育发展提出改革意见,以期更好地推进新时代人工智能人才的培养。

Artificial intelligence talents are one of the key elements in the era of artificial intelligence.At present,the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents in China is still in its infancy,and there are still deficiencies in the cultivation of humanistic quality.However,as one of the important components of humanistic quality courses,ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents.This paper will analyze the relationship between the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and study the development and existing problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the process of cultivating artificial intelligence talents.Based on this,it puts forward reform opinions on the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from three aspects of teaching design,teaching content and artificial intelligence talent view,so as to better promote the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents in the new era.
