SWOT Analysis of the Development Path of Real Estate Enterprises from the Perspective of Urban Renewal

“城市的核心是人。”习近平总书记近年来多次对城乡发展作出重要指示,为我国城市高质量、高品质的和谐发展指明了方向。城市更新为当下房地产企业提供新的机遇与发展,本文对影响房地产企业发展的内外部因素进行SWOT分析,并在此基础上指出房地产企业三条发展路径,运营方式的转型,服务方式的拓展,和短期利益与长期效益互补,以此实现城市经济绿色可持续发展。

"The core of the city is people."In recent years,General Secretary Xi Jinping has given important instructions to urban and rural development many times,pointing out the direction for the harmonious development of high-quality cities in China.Urban renewal provides new opportunities and development for current real estate companies.This article conducts a SWOT analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the development of real estate companies,and on this basis points out three development paths for real estate companies,the transformation of operation methods,the expansion of service methods,and complementation of short-term benefits and long-term benefits,so as to realize the green and sustainable development of the urban economy.
