工程造价与工程建设阶段的工作相互适应相辅相成,但是总体上分为几个阶段,每个工程建设施工阶段都有不同的功造价控制关键要点,每个环节都会对最终的工程造价造成一定的影响,例如在建筑工程中底价、承包合同、竣工验收等环节都与造价息息相关。在现阶段的施工当中,大部分工程项目都比较重视施工图纸的审核、结算部分,但是忽视了前期对投资、设计阶段造价的控制。
