Problems and Strategies in Construction Engineering Cost

伴随着我国经济实力的提升,城镇化建设速度的加快,我国建筑行业迎来了黄金发展阶段,但是也迎来了全新的发展挑战。为了针对时代发展挑战,房屋建筑施工团队必须重视工程造价问题,优化房屋建筑工程造价细节,寻找到自身存在的缺陷,进一步提高房屋建筑整体质量,满足房屋建筑实际建造需求。基于此,笔者结合自身数年房屋建筑造价管理建造经验,在查阅大量查考文献基础上撰写此文,文中针对当下我国建筑造价问题进行了系统的总结,提出全新的优化策略。

With the improvement economic strength and the acceleration of urbanization construction,China's construction industry has ushered in a golden stage of development,but it has also ushered in a new development challenge.In order to meet the development challenges of the times,the housing construction team must pay attention to the project cost,optimize the construction cost details of the housing construction,find its own defects,further improve the overall quality of the housing construction,and meet the actual construction needs of the housing construction.Based on this,the author combines several years of housing construction cost management and construction experience,and writes this article on the basis of consulting a large number of searched documents.The article systematically summarizes the current construction cost problems in China and proposes a new optimization strategy.
