The construction and management of ports is directly related to China's import and export trade.With the further advancement of economic globalization,the level of port construction in China has also improved significantly,mainly due to the establishment of a sound management mechanism by the construction unit,which attaches great importance to construction quality management,cost control,safety management and schedule management,and makes every effort to ensure the quality of project construction.This article starts with the necessity of port engineering construction management,discusses the key points of port engineering construction management,expounds the current port engineering construction management issues,and finally proposes how the construction unit can improve the quality of port engineering construction management,hoping to help port construction research.
