某钢铁企业轧钢加热炉燃烧系统CO减排技术的实践

摘要 蓄热式加热炉在燃烧过程中,燃烧系统中换向阀与蓄热室之间的CO会直接通过烟囱排放到大气中,造成环境污染和能源浪费。通过在某钢铁企业轧钢加热炉上的实践,将烟气反吹技术应用到蓄热式加热炉燃烧系统中,有效地解决了蓄热式加热炉在燃烧过程大量残余CO排放的问题,带来了显著的经济效益和环保效益。 During the combustion process of the regenerative heating furnace,the CO between the reversing valve and the regenerator in the combustion system will be directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney,causing environmental pollution and energy waste.Through the practice in a steel rolling heating furnace in a steel enterprise,the flue gas blowback technology is applied to the combustion system of the regenerative heating furnace,which effectively solves the problem of a large amount of residual CO emissions in the combustion process of the regenerative heating furnace and has achieved significant economic and environmental benefits.
