浅谈大直径钢管焊接质量控制措施

Research on Welding Quality Control Measures of Large Diameter Steel Pipe

随着国家输水、输气配置工程战略展开,对于大直径管道的焊接质量要求越来越高。本文以大直径管道焊接质量控制进行研究,综述了常规质量控制方法,同时本文以湛江市引调水工程第一标段管道的焊接为例,对大直径管道焊接的难点以及质量控制措施进行探讨。

With the development of the national water and gas transmission configuration project strategy,the welding quality requirements for large-diameter pipelines are getting higher and higher.This paper studies the welding quality control of large-diameter pipelines and summarizes conventional quality control methods.At the same time,this paper takes the welding of the first section of the Zhanjiang Water Diversion Project as an example to discuss the difficulties in welding large-diameter pipelines and quality control measures.
