森林资源是地球上重要的资源之一,是生物多样化的基础,我国国土约占世界的7%,而森林仅占世界的4.6%,森林资源减少受诸多因素影响,森林火灾是最不可忽略的因素,林业防火历来是工作的重点和难点,随着近年来地理信息、测绘科学技术的飞速发展,为森林保护与防火工作提供了重要的技术手段,本文以云南省西山区为背景,通过搭建智能GIS平台、利用无人航飞巡查、红外遥感等技术,高效、准确的预防以及提供森林防火救援方案。

Forest resources are one of the important resources on the earth and the basis of biodiversity.China's territory accounts for about 7%of the world,while forests only account for 4.6%of the world.The reduction of forest resources is affected by many factors.Forest fire is the most important factor that cannot be ignored.Forest fire prevention has always been the focus and difficulty of the work.With the rapid development of geographic information and surveying and mapping science and technology in recent years,it provides important technical means for forest protection and fire prevention.In this paper,taking Xishan District of Yunnan Province as the background,through the construction of intelligent GIS platform,the use of unmanned aerial vehicle patrol,infrared remote sensing and other technologies,efficient and accurate prevention and forest fire rescue plan are provided.
