餐厨垃圾资源化技术现状及研究进展

摘要 随着近年来全球变暖这种环境问题渐渐走入公众的视野,人们渐渐地重视起生态环境的保护,其中餐厨垃圾对生态环境的破坏引起业界的关注,餐厨垃圾是在食品加工、饮食行业、单位供餐等活动中所形成的食用油脂与厨余垃圾等,而餐厨垃圾中所含有的大量水分、有机物、油脂、盐分等物质具有易腐烂、营养元素密度高等方面的特征,目前采用填埋的方式来对餐厨垃圾进行处理,本文将对目前我国针对餐厨垃圾的处理技术进行研究,同时深入地对好氧堆肥、生物柴油、厌氧消化等餐厨垃圾资源化研究方向进行了阐述,以供同行人士参考。 With the environmental problem of global warming gradually coming into the public's vision in recent years,people have gradually paid attention to the protection of the ecological environment.Among them,the damage of food waste to the ecological environment has attracted the attention of the industry.Food waste is the edible oil and kitchen waste formed in food processing,food industry,unit feeding and other activities.The food waste contains a large amount of water,organic matter,oil,salt and other substances,which are easy to rot and have high nutrient density.At present,the food waste is treated by landfill.This paper will study the current treatment technology of food waste in China,and elaborate the research directions of food waste resource utilization such as aerobic composting,biodiesel,and anaerobic digestion,so as to provide reference for colleagues.
