近几年来,随着城市化进程的加快,大规模的基础设施建设,对原有地貌和植被造成了不同程度地破坏,水土流失严重,生态环境恶化,迫切需要加强水土保持工作。阐述了水土保持的特点和意义,指出了我国水土保持工作中存在的问题,探讨了生态环境建设和水土保持的关联,并提出了加强水土保持和生态环境建设的措施。

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,large-scale infrastructure construction has caused varying degrees of damage to the original landform and vegetation,serious soil erosion,and deterioration of the ecological environment.There is an urgent need to strengthen water and soil conservation.It expounds the characteristics and significance of soil and water conservation,points out the problems existing in China's soil and water conservation work,explores the relationship between ecological environment construction and soil and water conservation,and proposes measures to strengthen soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction.
