中国人关节盂与喙突变量间的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between parameters of glenoid and coracoid process in Chinese

摘要 目的:以Latarjet术的技术要点为基础,通过测量干燥肩胛骨关节盂与喙突的形态参数,分析关节盂与喙突变量间的相关性。方法:对入组标本测量关节盂形态参数3个,喙突参数5个。对测量结果进行统计分析。结果:关节盂高度(33.80±2.81)mm,前缘切迹高度(24.27±2.70)mm,宽度(18.94±2.71)mm;喙突长度(20.91±2.93)mm,前后径(8.57±1.97)mm,内外径(13.50±2.14)mm;喙突基底前后径(11.14±2.57)mm,内外径(14.98±2.58)mm。关节盂高度与喙突长度、喙突前后径、喙突基底前后径、喙突基底内外径呈正相关,与喙突内外径无相关性。关节盂前缘切迹高度与喙突长度、喙突基底内外径呈正相关,与喙突前后径、喙突内外径、喙突基底前后径无相关性。关节盂宽度与喙突长度、喙突基底前后径、喙突基底内外径呈正相关,与喙突前后径、喙突内外径无相关性。结论:行Latarjet术及改良术式治疗中国人肩关节前方不稳时,通过关节盂高度、关节盂前缘切迹高度、关节盂宽度评估喙突的解剖形态是可行的,但利用关节盂单变量评估喙突的立体结构可能误差较大,造成医源性的损伤。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between the glenoid and coracoid process by measuring the morphological parameters of dry scapula on the basis of the technical points of Latarjet procedure.Methods:Specimens included three morphological parameters of glenoi,and five parameters of coracoid were measured.The measurement results were statistically analyzed.Results:The glenoid height was(33.80±2.81)mm,anterior glenoid notch height was(24.27±2.70)mm,and the width was(18.94±2.71)mm.The length of the coracoid was(20.91±2.93)mm,anterior and posterior diameter of the coracoid was(8.57±1.97)mm,medial-lateral diameter of the coracoid was(13.50±2.14)mm.The anteroposterior diameters of coracoid base was(11.14±2.57)mm,the internal and external diameters was(14.98±2.58)mm.There was no correlation between the glenoid height and internal and external diameter of the coracoid process.There was no correlation between the glenoid notch height of the anterior margin of the glenoid and the anteroposteriosis of the coracoid process,the inner and outer diameter of the coracoid process,and the anteroposteriosis of the coracoid base.There was no correlation between the width of the glenoid and the anteroposterior diameter of the coracoid process and the internal and external diameter of the coracoid process.Conclusion:It is feasible to evaluate the anatomical morphology of coracoid process by the height of glenoid,the height of anterior notch of glenoid,and the width of glenoid in the treatment of anterior instability of shoulder joint in Chinese.However,it is possible to cause a large error and iatrogenic damage to evaluate the three-dimensional structure of coracoid process by univariate glenoid.
