大众对预立医疗照护计划的认识和信息需求的质性研究

A qualitative research on the people's awareness and information needs of advance care planning

目的了解公众对预立医疗照护计划(ACP)的认识和信息需求。方法选取年龄≥18岁的7名研究对象进行访谈,通过现象学研究方法收集资料,采用Colaizzi资料分析法、质性分析软件Nvivo进行分析。结果根据传播要素将大众对获取预立医疗照护计划信息的传播需求进行归纳整理,总结出ACP传播需求,包括ACP传播内容、ACP传播地点、ACP传播方式、ACP传播者。结论政府等公共部门应重视ACP社会传播的重要性,了解大众对ACP的传播需求,增加社会投入到ACP的社会传播,只有通过公共部门、医务人员、家属等多群体的共同努力,才能实现ACP的普及。

Objective To understand the people’s awareness and demand for information of advance care planning(ACP).Methods Seven research subjects aged≥18 years were selected for group interviews,data were collected through phenomenological research methods,and the interview data was analyzed using Colaizzi data analysis method and qualitative analysis software Nvivo.Results According to the communication factors,the people’s communication demand for advance care planning information were summarized,including ACP content,ACP’s transmission locations,ACP’s transmission method,and ACP’s disseminators.Conclusion The government and other public departments should pay attention to the importance of ACP social communication,understand the public's demand for ACP,and increase social investment in ACP social communication.Only through the joint efforts of public sector,medical staff,family members and other groups,can ACP be popularized.
