水飞蓟素抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 水飞蓟素是从植物水飞蓟中提取的天然类黄酮物质,其抗肿瘤效应具有多靶点、多途径、毒副作用小的特点,成为近年来国内外学者的研究热点。本文就水飞蓟素在诱导细胞凋亡、自噬、调节细胞周期、抗血管生成及与化疗药物协同等方面抗肿瘤作用机制的基础研究和临床应用研究及药物安全性研究进行了总结,以期为水飞蓟素的进一步深入研究提供参考。 Silymarin is a natural flavonoid extracted from the plant Silybummarianum.Its anti-tumor effect has the characteristics of multiple targets,multiple pathways,and low toxic and side effects.It has become a research hotspot of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.This article summarizes the basic research and clinical application research and drug safety research of silymarin in inducing cell apoptosis,autophagy,regulating cell cycle,anti-angiogenesis and synergism with chemotherapy drugs.Wehopeto provide reference for further in-depth study.
