摘要
对出现端部裂纹的51CrV4弹簧扁钢裂纹形貌进行观察并对有端部裂纹的弹簧扁钢取样进行检测分析,发现样品组织中有贝氏体、硬度较高、剪切温度较低。分析认为,由于剪切应力和剪切变形使贝氏体组织产生微裂纹,在存放期间,变形区内的残余应力使微裂纹扩展,发展为端面上的宏观裂纹。
The crack morphology of 51 CrV4 spring flat steel with end crack was observed and analyzed.It was found that there was bainite in the sample structure,high hardness and low shear temperature.The analysis shows that the micro cracks are produced in bainite structure due to shear stress and shear deformation.During storage,the residual stress in the deformation zone makes the micro cracks expand and develop into macro cracks on the end face.
