摘要
传统生鲜水果供销存在服务功能短缺、运营成本高、技术条件落后(即服务资源过于分散)等问题,严重限制了全新市场环境下生鲜水果的供销。基于“互联网+”的生鲜水果供应链能够充分发挥生鲜水果供销的线下和线上流通优势,有效解决生鲜水果物流和信息流分散以及线上、线下生鲜水果供应成本高问题。广西砂糖橘供销的实践表明:通过对生鲜水果供应链各阶段采取横向独立优化和纵向协同优化,集成优化砂糖橘供销环节,可显著减少砂糖橘供销运营成本,加快供销响应速度和提高供销动态适应能力。
The supply and marketing of traditional fresh fruit has some problems,such as shortage of service function,high operating cost,backward technical conditions,namely too scattered service resources,which seriously limits the supply and marketing of fresh fruit under the new market environment.The fresh fruit supply chain based on"Internet+"can give full play to the offline and online circulation advantages of fresh fruit supply and marketing,and effectively solve the problems of scattered fresh fruit logistics and information flow and high cost of online and offline fresh fruit supply.The practice investigation on the supply and marketing of Guangxi citrus tachibana shown that through the integrated optimization of each link of supply and marketing in the form of horizontal independent optimization and vertical collaborative optimization at each stage of the supply chain of fresh fruit,the operation cost of supply and marketing of citrus tachibana can be significantly reduced,with faster response speed of supply and marketing and higher dynamic adaptability of supply and marketing than current supply chain of citrus tachibana.
