社区康养:社区养老服务新模式

Community Health Care:A New Model of Community Pension Service

随着“健康中国”战略的提出,将健康、养生与养老相结合,并以健康预防为核心,提倡健康养老、品质养老的“康养”这一养老新理念逐渐进入大众视野,并衍生出有别于传统社区医养结合模式的社区康养这一新型养老服务模式。现阶段该模式尚处于初级发展阶段,仍存在着许多不足,需要从舆论保障、人才保障、资金保障、资源保障、政策保障五方面着手,解决健康教育不到位、专业康养人员缺乏、资金来源单一、康养资源碎片化、评估指标不合理等问题。

With the“healthy China”strategy put forward,the new concept of“health care”that combines health,health care and elderly care with health prevention as the core,and promotes healthy elderly care and quality elderly care,has gradually entered the public’s vision.Community health care the new pension service mode is derived,which is different from the traditional community medical-nursing combined model.At this stage,the model is still in the initial stage of development,and there are still many shortcomings.We need to solve the problems of inadequate health education,lack of professional health care personnel,single financial sources,fragmented health care resources,unreasonable evaluation index and so on from the five aspects of public opinion guarantee,talent guarantee,financial guarantee,resource guarantee and policy guarantee.
