Typical Methods and Experiences of Foreign University Alumni Participating in Talent Training

校友资源是高校发展中重要的社会资源,也是重要的育人资源。按照校友参与高校人才培养的阶段,总结国外高校校友在招生录取、初入校园、教育教学、创新创业、实习就业等阶段参与人才培养的典型方法与经验。结合案例分析与总结,从招生就业、校友导师制和校友育人特色培育等方面提出对国内高校人才培养的启示。

Alumni resources are an important social resource for the development of universities and an important resource for educating people.According to the stages of alumni participating in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,the typical methods and experiences of alumni of typical foreign colleges and universities participating in talent cultivation in the stages of enrollment,new campus,education and teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship,internship and employment are summarized.Combined with case analysis and summary,suggestions are made for the cultivation of talents in domestic colleges and universities in terms of enrollment and employment,alumni tutorial system,and cultivation of alumni and personal characteristics.
