黑龙江省对俄中草药贸易发展优化探析

Study on the Development of Chinese Herbal Medicine Trade Between Heilongjiang Province and Russia

自黑龙江省自贸区(绥芬河片区)建立,以及中草药出口基地的标准诞生以来,黑龙江省迎来了中草药出口贸易发展的新机遇,因此黑龙江省对俄中草药出口规模一定会进一步扩大。据此,从对俄中草药贸易与新型交易模式跨境电商相结合的方式进行相关分析,提出加强黑龙江省中草药质量检测、推进跨境电商与中草药贸易相结合、积极打造龙江中草药品牌、加强黑龙江省中草药公司产业间的联合等建议,以期提高黑龙江省经济发展水平。

Since the establishment of Heilongjiang free trade zone(Suifenhe area)and the birth of the standard of Chinese herbal medicine export base,Heilongjiang Province has ushered in a new opportunity for the development of Chinese herbal medicine export trade.Therefore,the export scale of Chinese herbal medicine from Heilongjiang Province to Russia will be further expanded.Based on the analysis of the combination of Russian herbal medicine trade and new trading mode of cross-border e-commerce,this paper proposes to strengthen the quality inspection of Chinese herbal medicine in Heilongjiang Province,promote the combination of cross-border e-commerce and Chinese herbal medicine trade,actively build the brand of Longjiang Chinese herbal medicine,and build the inter Industry Alliance of Chinese herbal medicine companies in Heilongjiang Province,so as to improve the economic development level of Heilongjiang Province.
