造纸废水有机污染物降解生物强化菌剂的筛选 被引量:4

Screening of Bioaugmentation Microbial Agents for Organic Pollutant Degradation in Papermaking Wastewater Treatment

摘要 为了筛选适用于造纸废水的廉价、高效的生物强化菌剂,对5种菌剂(编号A~E)强化造纸废水有机污染物降解的效果进行了研究。结果表明,5种菌剂均表现出一定的强化作用,其中菌剂A和D具有更好的效果。未强化时的COD降解率为77.6%,菌剂A和D在2%的投加量下可使降解率提高到79.7%和82.7%,且可改善活性污泥的沉降性能。同时,可同步降低2个菌剂的投加量(由2%至0.01%)和溶解氧水平(由6.1 mg/L至1.6 mg/L),且不会影响强化效果。综合考虑效果和投入成本,确定菌剂A为优选的生物强化菌剂。 In order to screen an economic and efficient bioaugmentation microbial agent for papermaking wastewater,effect of bioaugmentation on organic pollutant degradation in papermaking wastewater by five microbial agents(numbered A~E)is presented in this paper.Results showed that all the microbial agents exhibited certain strengthening effects,and microbial agents A and D were better.Compared with COD degradation rate of 77.6%without bioaugmentation,microbial agents A and D obtained COD degradation rate of 79.7%and 82.7%respectively.And sedimentation performance of activated sludge were also improved at dosage of 2%.Meanwhile,strengthening effects were not affected by synchronous reduction of dosage(from 2%to 0.01%)and dissolved oxygen level(from 6.1 mg/L to 1.6 mg/L)for two microbial agents.Taking into account both of effect and cost,microbial agent A is screened out as optimal bioaugmentation microbial agent.
