摘要 为响应海绵城市建设号召,有效控制城市内涝,防止城市水土流失,全国各大城市积极落实海绵城市建设政策。文中以宁波市江北区某新建住宅小区海绵专项设计和施工为例,通过生物滞留设施、雨水回用设施等,验证了海绵专项设计的可行性和实用性,并提出工程设计和施工管控要点(协调海绵及景观专业,控制竖向净高施工),为其他新建住宅小区海绵社区建设提供借鉴。通过利用海绵城市设施,该项目年径流总量控制率为71.8%,年径流污染物去除率为61%。 In order to respond to the call for sponge city construction,effectively control urban waterlogging and prevent urban soil erosion,major cities across the country have actively implemented sponge city construction policies.This paper takes special engineering design and construction of sponge city facilities in a newly-built residential community in Jiangbei District,Ningbo City as an example.It verifies the feasibility and practicability of special engineering design for sponge city facilities through bioretention,rainwater reuse facility and other facilities,and puts forward the management and control points of engineering design and construction(coordinating sponge city and landscape architecture,controlling vertical elevation),which provides reference for other sponge city community construction projects in a newly-built residential community.Using the sponge city facilities,annual runoff control rate of the project is 71.8%,and annual runoff pollution removal rate is 61%.
