摘要
以青岛市海绵城市建设试点重点示范项目海信南岭风情西区海绵化改造工程设计为例,分析研究高标准设计改造生态基底相对较好的小区,其地表综合径流系数可达到≤0.47,年径流总量控制率≥82.4%,污染物SS削减率≥63.1%,排水管网由0.5~2年一遇提高到≥5年一遇,防洪标准≥50年一遇,小区水生态、水环境、水安全以及景观绿化品质整体提升达到较高的标准,平衡了生态基底相对较差小区或地块较低的海绵城市指标,使整个区域的海绵城市建设指标达到建设要求,也提高了居民获得感。同时,在分区容积法计算和SWMM模型复核的基础上,精细化划分微分区,用微分区容积法复核计算,有效分析出各微分区实际最大蓄水量与设计蓄水能力之间的差异。各微分区之间因现状条件径流量控制率造成的不平衡,设计目标与实达标准之间存在偏差,分析其原因并采取针对性措施,充分发挥LID效率,最终达到高标准的目的。项目通过两年多的运行,效果良好。
This paper analyses and studies ecological base with high standard design and reconstruction based on the west part of Haixin Nanlingfengqing sponge city reconstruction project which is a demonstration project of Qingdao.Surface comprehensive runoff coefficient is less than 0.47,annual runoff control rate is over 82.4%,and SS reduction rate of pollutants is over 63.1%.Recurrence period of the drainage network has been promoted to once every five years from once every two years.The flood control standard has reached to over once every fifty years.Water ecology,water environment,emission standard of pipeline network and landscape greening quality are in a high standard.The project balances the sponge city index with a relatively poor ecological base,so that sponge city construction index of the whole region can reach construction requirements,and also improve the residents'sense of gain.On the basis of volume method and a model by SWMM,micro-partitioning is divided in detail,calculation is rechecked with micro-partitioning volumetric method,and deviation between actual maximum water storage capacity and design storage capacity is effectively analyzed.Imbalance caused by current condition runoff control rate among design goal and actual standard is also analyzed.High standards have been achieved by taking targeted measures and making full use of LID.This project has run well in two years.
