摘要
运营控制中心是城市轨道交通线路最高控制、管理指令发出的场所,负责监控线路内的行车、环境、灾害、乘客、供电及车站主要设备的状态情况,是一个庞大的人-机-环综合系统,其设计质量将直接影响到行车的安全和作业人员的工作效率和健康。针对当前城市轨道交通运营控制中心存在的问题,从人因工程学的理论、方法、技术与相关规范出发,对运营控制中心设计中的人为因素进行研究。
Operation control center is the place where the highest control and management instructions of transit lines are issued.It is responsible for monitoring the operation of traffi c,environment,disaster,passengers,power supply as well as main equipment in the station.It is a huge man-machine-environment integrated system.Its design quality directly affects the train safety and the working efficiency and health of the operational staff.Aiming at the problems existing in the operation control center of transit,this paper studies the human factors in the design of operation control center from the theory,method,technology and relevant specifications of human factors engineering studies.
