城市轨道交通领域产学研联合创新模式及成果分析

Innovation model and achievement analysis of joint production,learning and research in urban rail transit

针对我国城市轨道交通领域的特点,构建“以市场为导向,以企业为主体,以科技创新为动力,以资金、合同、协议为纽带,采用科研与示范工程相结合的产学研联合创新”的管理模式,探索实践信息沟通、质量控制、持续改善、利益共享与风险共担、平台运行等管理机制,探讨城市轨道交通领域开展产学研联合创新的模式和机制,以期促进城市轨道交通检测试验技术创新发展,为我国进一步开展产学研联合创新提供参考和借鉴。

Based on the characteristics of urban rail transit in China,the management mode of the Market-Oriented,Enterprise as Main Body,Science and Technology Innovation as Driving Force,Capital,Contract and Agreement as the Links,and the Combination of Scientific Research and Demonstration Project is established to explore practical information communication,quality control,continuous improvement,benefit sharing and risk sharing,the management mechanism of platform operation and other management mechanisms,this paper discusses the mode and mechanism of joint innovation of industry,education and research in transit field,in order to promote the innovation and development of transit inspection and testing technology,and provide reference for further development of joint innovation of industry,education and research in China.
