摘要
依据工程规范要求,配制出具有较优抗分散性和流动性的水下抗分散混凝土,立足于研究聚丙烯酰胺最佳分子量、最佳掺量的基础上,着重讨论不同掺量的粉煤灰、减水剂对改性后砂浆的pH值、悬浊物含量以及流动性能的影响,得出结论:聚丙烯酰胺最佳分子量为1000万,聚丙烯酰胺、粉煤灰、减水剂掺量分别为水泥质量的0.8%、17%、1.3%时,配制出的水下不分散混凝土具有较优抗分散性及流动性,28天水陆抗压强度比可达87.6%。
In accordance with the requirements of engineering specifications,the better anti dispersibility and fluidity underwater anti-dispersive concrete is prepared.Based on the study of the best molecular weight and the best amount of polyacrylamide,this paper discusses the influence of different amount of flyash and water reducing agent on the pH value,suspended matter content and fl ow performance of modified mortar.The conclusion is that the optimum molecular weight of polyacrylamide is 10 million,and the content of polyacrylamide,flyash and water reducing agent is 0.8%,17% and 1.3% of the cement quality respectively.The underwater anti-dispersive concrete has better anti-dispersibility and fluidity,and the compressive strength ratio of water and land reaches 87.6% in 28 days.
