早生优质茶树新品种——浙农901

An Early-sprouting and Elite New Tea Cultivar——‘Zhenong 901'

浙农901是从鸠坑种种子后代中经单株选拔—扦插扩繁—品比试验—区域试验系统选育而成的适制绿茶新品种。品比和区域试验结果表明,浙农901属于早生种,产量高;制烘青绿茶外形紧结、卷曲、有锋苗、深绿带翠,汤色嫩绿明亮,香气清高,滋味鲜醇,叶底嫩、有芽、匀齐、嫩绿明亮;春季一芽二叶烘青样含茶多酚14.4%、氨基酸8.5%、咖啡碱3.4%、儿茶素类9.68%、水浸出物48.8%。抗寒、抗旱性强。适宜在重庆、贵州、四川、湖南及气候相似地区种植。浙农901于2020年通过农业农村部非主要农作物新品种登记,登记编号:GPD茶树(2020)330038。

'Zhenong 901'is a new tea cultivar suitable for processing green tea,which is selected from'Jiukeng'natural hybrid offspring and bred by systematic selection including the processes of single plant selection,cutting propagation,strain comparison,and regional adaptation experiment.The results showed that'Zhenong 901'is an early-sprouting cultivar with high quality.The baked green tea has tight and curly sharp with tips,jade green appearance,tender green and bright liquor color,clean and high aroma,fresh and umami taste,and tender and even brewed leaves with bright green color.Based on the first round picking in spring,the average contents of tea polyphenols,amino acids,caffeine,catechins and water extracts in one bud and two leaves were 14.4%,8.5%,3.4%,9.68%and 48.8%,respectively.'Zhenong 901'also showed strong cold and drought tolerance,and is suitable for planting in Chongqing,Guizhou,Sichuang,Hu'nan and other areas with similar climate condition.It was registered by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2020 with the registration No.GPD tea plant(2020)330038.
