急救中心在常态化防控下处置突发新冠肺炎疫情经验探讨

Experience of novel coronavirus pneumonia treated by the emergency center under regular prevention and control

在南宁市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中,南宁急救医疗中心(简称“南宁120”)负责全市所有确诊病人、疑似病人、无症状感染者、密切接触者等人员的院前急救转运工作。2020-05,南宁市印发了新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控工作实施方案,开始进入常态化防控阶段。在经历326天无新增本土病例后,于2021-01-14发现1例本土病例。从2021-01-14出现突发疫情至2021-02-06该患者治愈出院,南宁120凭借成熟、完善的疫情防控机制,精准高效地完成了确诊病例、密切接触者、密切接触者的密切接触者(次密切接触者)院前急救转运共计514人,无一例医务人员感染和转运对象交叉感染发生。本文着重对急救中心在新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下出现突发本土病例的处置经验进行探讨。

In the prevention and control of the COVID-19 carried out in Nanning,the Nanning Emergency Medical Center(“Nanning 120”)is responsible for the pre-hospital emergency transfer of all confirmed patients,suspected patients,asymptomatic carriers and close contacts.In May 2020,Nanning municipal government issued the implementation plan for the regular prevention and control of COVID-19,marking the arrival of regular epidemic response.After 326 days without new local cases,a local case was detected in Nanning on January 14 and recovered and discharged on February 6,2021.During the period,Nanning 120,with its mature and fullfledged epidemic prevention and control mechanism,accurately and efficiently completed the pre-hospital emergency transfer of a total of 514 confirmed cases,close contacts and close contacts of close contacts(sub-close contacts),without infection of any medical personnel nor cross-infection of the transferred persons.This paper focuses on the emergency center’s experience in handling sudden local cases under the regular prevention and control measures of COVID-19.
