摘要
教学学术能力是大学教师按照学术规范研究、解决教学实际问题,以实现知识有效传播的能力。教学学术能力关系到教师发展和大学发展。目前制约我国大学教师教学学术能力发展的因素主要是教学学术的认同度不高、学术评价制度不健全和教学学术活动不充分等。因此,发展教师的教学学术能力需要凝聚教学学术共识、完善学术评价制度和有效开展教学学术活动。
The teaching and academic ability of university teachers is the ability to effectively transmit knowledge through doing research,solving the practical teaching-related problems in compliance with the academic norms.The teaching ability has an impact on the development of teachers and universities.Currently,the major impediments to the development of the teaching ability among university teachers in our country are its low identity,the imperfect academic evaluation system,and the inadequate activities concerning scholarship of teaching.Hence,enhancing the teaching ability calls for academic consensus,perfecting the academic evaluation system and effective teaching and academic activities.
