摘要 近年来煤炭工业科技发展迅猛,煤炭智能无人化开采成绩显著,煤炭工业发展获得长足进步,然而我国煤炭开采条件复杂,灾害威胁严重,煤矿安全生产仍面临多重挑战。同时,可供开采的绿色煤炭资源储量极其有限,深部煤炭安全开采威胁巨大,淘汰煤炭落后产能过程中关闭或废弃矿井面临大量问题。在此基础上,提出了以追求煤矿工人生命安全与健康为目的,构建面向未来煤炭开采全过程灾害防治精准智能开采模式,推进煤矿生产透明化、智能化、减灾化、健康化、低碳化(“五化”)的煤矿安全科技发展战略,以构建能源生产和环境保护协调发展的新格局,助力国家低碳战略、保障国家能源安全。 In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology of coal industry,the achievements of intelligent unmanned coal mining were remarkable,and the development of coal industry had made great progress.However,China's coal mining conditions are complex,the threat of disasters is serious,and coal mine safety production is still facing multiple challenges.The safety development are still restricted in terms of coal mine safety production situation,green coal resource reserves,deep coal mining,elimination of backward coal production capacity and development and utilization of abandoned mine resources.In order to pursue the life safety and healthy life of coal miners,combined with modern information technology and multi-phase multi-field coupling disaster theory,ensure the green essential safety and occupational health,realize the intelligent,specialization,customization,clustering and green of coal mine safety,it is thought that to build a future oriented accurate intelligent mining mode of disaster prevention in the whole process of coal mining is the fundamental path to realize China's coal mine safety development strategy,and is also an important support to ensure national energy security and assist the national low-carbon strategy.
