新时代通识教育功能对接高职院校人才培养的理论探索

A Theoretical Exploration of the Integration of General Education's Function and Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

通识教育的功能随时代国情的不同经历了复杂的演变过程。对接新时代“立德树人”的根本任务,高等职业教育对高水平技术技能人才的培养也需要体现全人教育的理念,通识教育在高等职业教育人才培养过程中就凸显出更为重要的角色。梳理通识教育功能的演变,认识新时代通识教育对于高职教育中技术技能人才培养的重要性,并从课程体系、学生专业技能、校园文化3个方面进行理论阐述,探讨通识教育功能在高职教育阵地上的充分体现与对接。

The function of general education has experienced a complex evolution process with different national conditions at different times.Connecting to the fundamental task of“cultivating people with morality”in the new era,higher vocational education also needs to reflect the concept of“Holistic Education”in well-qualified talents cultivation with high technical skills in the new era.The general education will highlight the role of importance in talents cultivation's process for higher vocational education.Based on the evolution of functions of general education,this paper draws forth the significance of talents cultivation with technical skills in higher vocational education and carries out the theoretical explanation from three aspects:the course system,studentsprofessional skills and the campus culture to discuss the full embodiment and connection of general education function in the position of higher vocational education.
