摘要
基于辽宁省知识产权局2007—2017年专利数据,以专利申请总数和专利授权量为指标,运用空间统计分析方法,分析辽宁省99个县区创新能力的时空演变特征,揭示其创新能力的空间自相关格局.结果显示:辽宁省99个县区创新能力呈现先缩小后扩大趋势.空间局部差异中,高高集聚型的县区主要集中在沈大国家自主创新示范区,低低集聚型的县区主要集中在辽西等农村县级地区.并从历史发展基础、区位创新资源配置、空间邻近效应三方面,阐明区域创新的驱动机制.
This paper is based on the intellectual property office patent data in Liaoning province.The time period is from 2007 to 2016.Using the total number of patent application and patent grant as the index,this paper analyses the Spatio-temporal evolution of the innovative ability of 99 counties in Liaoning province.The method is spatial statistical analysis.At the same time,we reveal the significant spatial autocorrelation of the innovative ability of county of Liaoning province.The innovation ability difference narrowed after enlarged first.In the space local differences,high-high concentration of county are mainly concentrated in Shenda national independent innovation demonstration area.Low-low concentration of county are mainly concentrated in the western Liaoning and other rural counties.This paper expounds the regional innovation driving mechanism from three aspects:historical development basis,location innovation resource allocation and spatial proximity effect.
