新时代东北全面振兴是党中央作出的重大战略决策,而“冰上丝绸之路”的开发、建设和运营将给东北带来巨大的经济效益和新的发展机遇.东北地区可充分利用地缘优势,加速对接“冰上丝绸之路”,抓住全新的发展机遇,实现产业升级,扩大协同效应,彻底摆脱现阶段的发展困境,实现新一轮经济腾飞.东北全面振兴既要看得远,又要做的实,切忌“目标热,方法盲”.

The comprehensive revitalization of the northeast China in the new era is an important strategic measure put forward by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party,and the development,construction and operation of the“Polar Silk Road”will bring huge economic benefits and new development opportunities to the northeast China.In the northeast region,we can make full use of geographical advantages,accelerate the docking of the“Polar Silk Road”and seize new development opportunities to realize industrial upgrading,expand synergy,completely get rid of the current development difficulties and achieve a new round of economic boom.For the comprehensive revitalization of the northeast China,we should take far-sighted and practical measures,and we must avoid“hot goals and blind methods”.
