摘要 教育是一种个体社会化的实践活动,是“人-人”互动的机制系统。教育的着眼点是“人”,其首要目的是促使个体的社会化。教育要洞察人性固有特质,直面人性虚伪,正视人的生物本能。教育人学致力于人性的教育剖析和理性僭越,使“人为核心”观念内隐于教育者的实践中,从而完成对人的世界观、人生观与价值观形塑的教育使命。教育人学从自然性存在、文化性存在和自为性存在三个维度重新审视教育,其本质是促进人的自我生成,凸显为对智慧的追寻和对个体生成循环的促进。教育人学经历“伦理人”和“理性人”等人性假设的历史嬗变,其现实图景是复杂人性,以吻合现代教育的文化意蕴和本真诉求,把人还原为真实的人。 Education is a practical activity to cultivate individual socialization and a mechanism system of“man-person”interaction.The starting point of education is human,and its primary value is to promote the orderly advancement of individual socialization.Education should have an insight into the inherent characteristics of human nature,confront the hypocrisy of human nature,and face up to the biological instinct of human beings.Educational anthropology is committed to the educational analysis of human nature and the arrogation of rationality,so as to make the core concept of human being implicit in the practice of educators,thus completing the educational mission of shaping people's world outlook,outlook on life and values.Educational humanism re-examines education from three dimensions of natural existence,cultural existence and self-actualization.Its essence is to promote people's self-generation,which is highlighted as the pursuit of wisdom and the promotion of individual generation cycle.Educational human has experienced the historical evolution of human nature assumptions,such as“ethical man”and“rational man”,and its realistic prospect is complex human nature,which in accordance with the cultural implication and the original appeal of modern education,reduces human beings to real human beings.
