王克穷教授运用逍遥散治疗放疗后乳腺癌经验探析

Breast cancer ranks the first among female malignant tumors and seriously endangers women’s health.WANG Keqiong,the chief physician,was familiar with the classics and made good use of the classical prescriptions.He believes that breast cancer in the majority with spleen-deficiency and liver-depression,and that the main syndrome should be clearly identified when choosing the prescriptions and distributing the medicine,followed by the second syndrome,the method should be used to strengthen the spleen,with the relief of liver.Following Xiaoyao Powderto keep innovation,Xiaoyao Powder No.2 was derived to treat breast cancer with spleen-deficiency and liver-depression syndrome by changing the dosage of drugs and reusing the spleen tonic drugs of poriacocos 65~250 g and white atractylodes rhizome 45 g on the basis of unchanged composition of drugs,and the effect was satisfactory.
