成分调整对节镍型奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 节镍型奥氏体不锈钢CJ5L是在节镍型奥氏体不锈钢CJ5A化学成分基础上提高了Mn、Cr、C、N含量,降低了Cu含量,分析成分调整后对节镍型奥氏体不锈钢CJ5L的形变马氏体应变温度Md30/50、金相组织和拉伸力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:成分改动后的节镍型奥氏体不锈钢CJ5L具有更低的形变马氏体应变温度,Md30/50为95.54℃;金相组织无太大差别,均为单一奥氏体组织,出现形变孪晶,平均晶粒度级别为6.96;拉伸力学性能屈服强度、断后延伸率均有提高,为433MPa、49%,但是抗拉强度有所降低,为955MPa。 Based on the chemical composition of CJ5A,the content of Mn,Cr,C and N in CJ5L is increased and the content of Cu is decreased.The effects of composition adjustment on the deformation martensite strain temperature Md30/50,microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of CJ5L are analyzed.The test results show that the Ni saving austenitic stainless steel CJ5L with modified composition has lower deformation martensite strain temperature,Md30/50 is 95.54℃;there is no great difference in metallographic structure,all of them are single austenite structure,deformation twins appear,and the average grain size is 6.96;the tensile mechanical properties,yield strength and elongation after fracture increased to 433MPa and 49%,but the tensile strength decreased to 955MPa.
