摘要
本文利用金相检验的方法对GCr15轴承表面外折缺陷进行缺陷鉴定分析。研究表明造成表面外折缺陷的主要原因应为轧制折叠缺陷所致。可通过对导槽传动结构进行改造避免盘条轧制时因出现划伤所形成的折叠缺陷,提高轧材的表面质量。
In this paper,the method of metallographic examination is used to identify the surface defect of GCr15 bearing.The results show that the main cause of the surface fold defect is the rolling fold defect,The guide groove drive structure can be modified to avoid the folding defect caused by scratch during wire rod rolling and to im⁃prove the surface quality of rolled products.
