Discussion On Role Transformation of Trade Union in State Owned Enterprises in the New Era

本文在简述工会传统职能即开展文体活动、解决职工日常福利的基础上,根据新时期新形势对国企工会的新要求,结合攀长特公司工会实际情况,系统论述了新时期工会组织所需承担的五种职能,为其他国有企业工会组织开展工作提供了有益的借鉴。

Based on the brief introduction of the traditional functions of the trade union,that is,to carry out rec-reational and sports activities and supply the daily welfare of workers,according to the new requirements of the new situation for the trade union of state-owned enterprises in the new period,combined with the actual situation of the trade union of Pangang Group Changcheng Special Steel Company,this paper systematically discusses the five func-tions that the trade union need to undertake in the new period,which provides a useful reference for the trade union of other state-owned enterprises to carry out their work.
