摘要
目的探讨运用精益管理法加强多重耐药菌患者的管理,降低住院患者多重耐药菌院内感染率的效果。方法以广州市中西医结合医院2017年1~3月住院的MDROs感染患者为对照组,实施接触隔离、手卫生及常规监测等院感管理措施;选取2017年4月至2018年3月的住院患者为观察组,在实施常规管理措施的基础上,运用精益管理人、法、料、环、测5个方面,加强观察组多重耐药菌感染患者管理,比较两组管理前后的效果。结果实施精益管理法后,接触隔离率从22.94%上升到97.65%,全院多重耐药菌感染率由42.94%下降到19.41%(P<0.01),均具有统计学意义。结论运用精益管理法可有效规范多重耐药菌患者的管理,降低住院患者多重耐药菌的院内感染率。
Objective To explore the effect of using lean management method to strengthen the management of multi drug resistant bacteria patients and reduce the nosocomial infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria in hospitalized patients.Method The patients with MDROs infection in Guangzhou integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital from January 2017 to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and the hospital infection management measures such as contact isolation,hand hygiene and routine monitoring were implemented;The hospitalized patients from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group.On the basis of the implementation of conventional management measures,lean management was used to strengthen the management of patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria infection in the observation group from five aspects of person,method,material,environment and test,and the effect before and after the application of management was compared.Result After the implementation of lean management,the contact isolation rate increased from 22.94%to 97.65%,and the infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the whole hospital decreased from 42.94%to 19.41%(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of lean management method can effectively regulate the management of multi drug resistant bacteria patients and reduce the nosocomial infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria in hospitalized patients.
