血府逐瘀汤用于气滞血瘀心悸的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Palpitation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的研究血府逐瘀汤用于气滞血瘀心悸的临床疗效。方法选择2017年9月至2019年2月我院收治的气滞血瘀型冠心病患者80例作为本次研究的对象,依照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组以常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗的基础上采用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后中医证候评分、不良反应发生率、治疗前后Hcy水平。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的各项中医证候评分、Hcy水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项中医证候评分显著优于对照组,Hcy水平下降显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为0,显著低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤用于气滞血瘀型冠心病患者的临床疗效显著,能降低不良反应发生率,缓解患者心悸等不适症状,提高患者治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction on palpitation due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and Hcy level before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and Hcy level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the Hcy level decreased significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 17.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu zhuyu decoction has a significant clinical effect in patients with coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,relieve patients’palpitations and other symptoms,and improve the treatment effect of patients.
