摘要
本文通过检索国内外艾滋病抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)固定剂量复合制剂(FDC)的应用信息,结合市场调研、分析,发现FDC发展迅速并成为ART用药主流,药品组合逐步向单一片剂治疗方案发展。我国FDC研发仿制能力逐渐增强,但国产药上市进程较慢。加大企业研发支持力度、拓展多渠道药品供应模式等将利于疗效更优的FDC在我国广泛应用。
The application information of antiretroviral therapy(ART)fixed-dose compound(FDC)at home and abroad was retrieved.And the market supply was surveyed and analyzed.FDC has developed rapidly and has become the mainstream of ART drugs.And drugs of combinations are gradually developed to single tablet regimens.R&D capabilities of generic FDC have gradually increased,however the domestic FDCs has been applied slowly.More support on research and development of FDCs should be provided.And the multi-channel drug supply models will facilitate,which would improve the wider application of FDCs in China.
