阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Alteplase on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将我院神经内科2018年1月至2019年1月收诊的122例急性脑梗死作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法均分为研究组(61例,阿替普酶治疗)和对照组(61例,常规神经内科用药治疗),比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况、SF-36量表评分、治疗前后生活能力(MRS)评分以及凝血功能。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率、SF-36量表评分和MRS评分均高于对照组,血浆纤维蛋白原水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组患者不良反应发生率、凝血酶时间、活化凝血酶时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著,可以有效改善患者神经功能和凝血功能,提高生活能力,并具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of alteplase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Our hospital neurology between January 2018 and January 2019 diagnosis of 122 cases of acute cerebral infarction as the research object,using the method of random numbers table are divided into research group(61 cases,alteplase treatment)and control group(61 cases,normal nerve internal medicine treatment),and then compare the treatment of patients with two groups of total effective rate,adverse reaction happening,SF-36 scale score,life ability before and after the treatment(MRS)score and blood coagulation function.Results The reseach group’s clinical total effective rate,SF-36 scale score and MRS score were higher than the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group of plasma fibrinogen were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions,thrombin time,and activated thrombin time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Alteplase has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can effectively improve the patient’s neurological function and blood coagulation function,improve the ability to live,and has a higher safety.
