Objective To explore the correlation between the level of Growth Arrest-Specific 6(Gas6)and the occurrence and development of preeclampsia(PE),and to provide a new direction and basis for early clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the severity of the disease. Methods This experiment measured the serum Gas6 concentration of 65 patients with PE and 65 pregnant women with normal blood pressure from March 2016 to March 2018.The changes of serum Gas6 concentration of PE patients were observed, and the relationship between Gas6 and lipid metabolism, inflammation, and PE conditions were investigated. The relevance of severity, further explore the mechanism and clinical significance of its role in PE.Results The level of serum Gas6 in the PE group was higher than that in the control group(t=15.081,P<0.05).The level of serum Gas6 in the SPE group was higher than that in the MPE group(t=11.680,P<0.05).SBP,DBP,TG,TCH,Upro,ALT,BUN,Cr were positively correlated with the severity of PE(P<0.01).Gas6 is positively correlated with SBP,DBP,TG,Upro and Cr(P<0.001).Conclusion The high expression of Gas6 in the serum of PE patients is closely related to the occurrence and development of this disease. It may participate in the occurrence and development of PE by affecting lipid metabolism, vascular endothelial function, blood pressure, inflammation and renal function.
