腰椎间盘突出症患者应用脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗的效果与临床应用价值

Effect and Clinical Application of Spinal Foraminal Surgery in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症患者应用脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗的效果与临床应用价值。方法选择200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数表法分成两组。对照组(n=100)行常规手术治疗,观察组(n=100)行脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗,比较治疗情况。结果观察组手术用时、术中出血量、切口长度、卧床时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各个阶段观察组疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规手术相比,脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果更显著。

Objective To analyze the effect and clinical value of spinal foraminal surgery in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Two hundred patients with lumbar disc herniation and divide them into two groups by random number table.The control group underwent conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group underwent spinal intervertebral foraminal surgery to compare the treatment conditions.Results The observation group’s operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,bed time,and hospital stay were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group’s pain degree scores at all stages after treatment were lower than those of the control group,Oswestry The dysfunction index(ODI)was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional surgery,spinal foraminal surgery is more effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.
