腹腔镜与开腹手术下行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术的疗效对比

Comparison of the Effects of Laparoscopy and Open Surgery on Repairing Perforation of Gastroduodenum

目的对比分析在行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术的过程中腹腔镜与开腹手术的临床疗效。方法本次试验研究回顾性分析2019年4月至2020年4月在我院接受胃十二指肠穿孔修补术治疗患者96例的临床资料,根据随机平均分组原则将患者分为两组,其中在腹腔镜下行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术的48例患者作为试验组,在开腹手术下行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术的48例患者作为对比组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间方面比较,试验组患者与对比组患者存在显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组患者术后疼痛严重程度与对比组患者相比明显较为轻微,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生概率明显较低于对比组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术的过程中腹腔镜手术临床疗效与安全性均显著优于开腹手术,值得将其作为一种理想的治疗方案予以广泛的临床推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgery in the process of repairing gastroduodenal perforation.Methods This experimental study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 96 patients who underwent gastroduodenal perforation repair in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,and divided the patients into two groups according to the principle of random average grouping.Among them,48 patients underwent laparoscopic gastroduodenal perforation repair as the experimental group,and 48 patients underwent open surgery for gastroduodenal perforation repair as the control group.The treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed.effect.Results A statistical analysis of the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time of the two groups found that there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);the severity of postoperative pain in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,statistics the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of repairing gastroduodenal perforation,the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery are significantly better than that of open surgery,and it is worthy of being an ideal treatment plan for extensive clinical promotion.
