有张力、无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝气患者的临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Tension repair and Tension-free Repair on Inguinal Hernia Patients

目的观察并对比腹股沟疝气患者分别接受有张力修补术与无张力修补术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年9月104例来我院接受修补术治疗的腹股沟疝气患者为研究对象。将患者分成两组,每组52例。其中,采取有张力修补术治疗的为对照组,实施无张力修补术治疗的为观察组,对比并评价两组患者的手术效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率达到96.15%,明显高于对照组的80.77%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后VAS疼痛评分及术后下床活动时间均显著低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组阴囊血肿、切口感染、尿潴留等不良反应发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的23.08%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对于腹股沟疝气患者,通过实施无张力修补术治疗,可有效缓解其临床症状,加快术后身体恢复,疗效相比于有张力修补术更为显著。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of tension repair and tension-free repair in inguinal hernia patients.Methods A total of 104 patients with inguinal hernia who received repair treatment in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups with 52 patients in each group.Among them,the control group received tension repair and the observation group received tension-free repair.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.77%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative VAS pain score and postoperative time of getting out of bed in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of scrotal hematoma,incision infection,urinary retention and other adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.08%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia,tension-free repair can effectively relieve their symptoms and speed up the postoperative recovery.Compared with tension repair,the curative effect is more significant.
