红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的检验价值

The Value of Cell Parameters in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的研究并分析红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的临床检验价值。方法随机选取2017年11月至2019年8月本院收治的地中海贫血患者共计43例作为本次试验的试验组,同时选取同期的健康体检者共43例作为本次试验的对照组,对试验组与对照组均实施血液检验,并对两组试验对象的各项临床指标进行分析和比较。结果试验组的MCV及MCH分别是(69.86±5.79)fL、(22.58±2.45)pg/L,均要低于对照组的(92.05±6.63)fL、(30.19±2.88)pg/L,RDW、RBC和Hb依次是(19.98±2.77)%、(6.47±0.54)×1012/L和(129.76±12.06)g/L,均要高于对照组的(15.14±2.96)%、(4.68±0.59)×1012/L和(86.62±10.13)g/L,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对地中海贫血患者实施血液检验红细胞参数,不仅可将患者的贫血情况有效反映出来,还能起到辅助鉴别诊断的作用,从而有效提升临床诊断的效果。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of cell parameters in differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods A total of 43 thalassemia patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the experimental group,while a total of 43 healthy physical examination patients were selected as the control group.Blood tests were carried out for both the experimental group and the control group,and the clinical indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The MCV and MCH of the experimental group were(69.86±5.79)fL,(22.58±2.45)pg/L respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(92.05±6.63)fL,(30.19±2.88)pg/L,RDW,RBC and Hb were(19.98±2.77)%,(6.47±0.54)×1012/L and(129.76±12.06)g/L respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(15.14±2.96)%,(4.68±0.59)×1012/L and(86.62±10.13)g/L,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of blood test red blood cell parameters in patients with thalassemia can not only effectively reflect the anemia of patients,but also play the role of auxiliary differential diagnosis,so as to effectively improve the effect of clinical diagnosis.
