加味柴苓汤辅助治疗对肝癌腹水患者的免疫功能影响分析

Effect of Modified Chailing Decoction on Immune Function in Patients with Ascites of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的分析加味柴苓汤辅助治疗对肝癌腹水患者的免疫功能的影响效果。方法选择我院接受治疗的肝癌腹水患者80例为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组(40例,常规药物治疗),观察组(40例,加味柴苓汤辅助治疗)。对比两组患者腹水改善情况和免疫功能评估。结果两组患者通过治疗后均有一定好转,但观察组患者的腹水改善总有效率明显高于对照组患者,NK细胞CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)数值均低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论使用加味柴苓汤辅助治疗肝癌腹水能够明显改善患者免疫功能以及生存质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified chailing decoction on immune function of patients with liver cancer ascites.Methods Eighty patients with hepatoma ascites treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method.The control group(40 cases,conventional drug treatment),observation group(40 cases,modified chailing decoction assisted treatment).The improvement of ascites and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,both groups were improved,but the total effective rate of ascites improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the immune function was also significantly better than that in the control group,and the the values of NK cells,CD4^(+),CD3^(+),and CD8^(+)were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified chailing decoction can improve the immune function of patients with liver cancer ascites and improve the quality of life of patients.
